Thanks for your interest in the Pork Chop Platoon (PCP). PCP is a Call of Duty based, Xbox 360 clan for people 25 years and older.
PCP is not just about enjoying the game, but also about developing a sense of fellowship, camaraderie and friendship among our members. Much of this is done through our forums and online gaming where we value playfulness, wit and humility in the topics of conversation. Above all we expect members of PCP to show respect for their clan mates and others.
Don’t get us wrong, we enjoy a good joke like anyone else (even some crude ones from time to time), however being playful, humorous and witty is not about being mean, hurtful, or disrespectful to your fellow clan mates or fellow players. Quite often it is better to poke fun at yourself, thereby encouraging your clan mates and fellow players, creating a fun, friendly atmosphere.
As a whole, PCP strives to provide its members with:
Greater gaming knowledge as to allow you to become a better player
Greater technical knowledge about your hobby
Friendship and fun interaction
Competition and challenge
Fun community to hang out
Our expectations of members:
• Have fun & enjoy the camaraderie of clan mates
• Members are expected to treat everyone with respect. This is a “no drama” environment. Personally attacking another individual or general “flaming” will not be tolerated. Your posts will be removed and you may be removed from the clan and site depending on the severity of the incident. We expect all members of PCP to respect each other in the forums, in games, and in lobbies. We expect our members to help police the clan and maintain the highest standards for all members. If you have an issue with a fellow member of PCP, you are encouraged to PM the clan Officers who can assist with mediation. If you have an issue on the site or within the forums please pm a site moderator who can assist you. We’re here to have fun! We aren’t the most PC of clans, we love to give each other a hard time and joke around, but there is always a line that can be crossed. Understand that different individuals have different ideas of where this line is. Let’s keep posts and in-game behavior in the spirit of the clan – FUN!!!
• Behave with dignity wherever you are – once you wear the PCP tags you represent all of us.
• Participate in clan activities. Members are expected to display good sportsmanship at all times.
• While some of our members are very accomplished gamers, others are “hobby” gamers. Skill is NOT, nor will it EVER be a requirement for membership in PCP.
• Treat your clan members like they were part of an extended family.
• NEVER CHEAT
• DO NOT be a sore winner or loser
• You are expected to contribute to the clan. What you get out of PCP is a direct result of what you put into it.
